In Hyper-V when you choose "Insert Integration Services Setup Disk" from the Action Menu you receive the following message:

"Upgrade Hyper-V Integration Services".

A previous installation of Hyper-V integration services has been detected. Click OK to upgrade or repair this installation.

You are receiving this message because the Integration Services software version that is installed is an older version and it needs to be updated. So you should click "OK" and install the update.
