Video Requirements


    

 Windows Media Player

Winstructor Videos use the TSCC Code for smaller file sizes and crisp images.

You will need to have a compatible Media Player installed (such as Windows Media Player) as well as the latest TSCC codec to see our fantastic high quality videos they way they were intended to be seen.

  WinZip

Our Videos are also zipped to make them slightly smaller for downloading, so you will need an unzip utility such as winzip or winrar to extract the files.		  
     
     
     
  Portable Videos

Our portable videos are in the MP4/M4V format, which can be viewed on many portable devices such as the iPod, iPhone and others. If you would like to watch these videos on your pc you will need software such a Apple Quicktime to view them. These videos are specifically designed for portable devices and as such, we recommend that you watch the WMV files on a desktop or notebook computer and use the MP4/M4V files for your portable device.
  
     
     
     
   Videos not displaying correctly?

Ensure that your Windows Media Player is displaying the video at 800x600. If it is not, the videos can look ghosty and the text blurry. We recommend using the "Classic" skin mode of Windows Media Player.

If you are in Full Mode, click on Skin Chooser and select "Classic". If the Classic Skin is unavailable, select "Corporate" and manually resize the window to be smaller than 800x600. When you open a video, Windows Media Player should resize up to 800x600 and play the videos in a very sharp, legible format.

Please note that some videos are produced in 1024x768 due to some products menus not being able to be fully displayed in lower resolutions. Each product page has the video dimensions listed for your reference.
