In this Video we show you how to Create and Manage Address Lists and Offline Address Lists. Address Lists are used to Organize recipient so they can be found easily by users wishing to contact them.

The most common Address List is the Global Address List (GAL) and its stored in Active Directory. Offline Address lists allow users that are disconnected from the Network to continue using the Address List.
