In this video we take a look at using the IF Statement. The IF Statement allows you to evaluate conditions to see if they are true and then perform a task based on the results. For example, if our script is looking for a file to be present on our hard drive, then we can use the IF Statement to look for the file. If it is there, we can use the IF Statement to perform a task. If the file is not there, we can again use the IF Statement to do something else.
